Which one to pick

Choose Instantly if

  • You want API access on the cheapest paid plan: Growth at $47 a month.
  • You plan heavy API use: the documented limit is 6,000 requests a minute per workspace.
  • You want webhooks without an agency plan: Hyper Growth at $97 a month.
  • You want a lead database in the same app, on a separate credits plan.
  • You want to trial with no card.

Choose QuickMail if

  • You want email and LinkedIn steps in the same sequence.
  • You want unlimited users on every plan at a flat price.
  • You run an agency and want org-wide webhooks across client workspaces (Agency, $299 a month).
  • Your stack already works with GraphQL and needs only light API traffic.

If neither fits: Whichever sender you pick, clean the list before upload, because bounces hurt every mailbox you send from.

Questions people ask

Is there a free platform for cold email outreach?

Neither has a free plan. Both offer a 14-day trial. Instantly's needs no card; its pricing page lists 1,000 emails and 250 contacts (our trial account showed 1,250 emails a month). QuickMail's needs a card, does not convert on its own, and caps you at 100 leads and 100 emails a day. Paid plans start at $47 (Instantly) and $49 (QuickMail) a month.

Does QuickMail have an API on the Starter plan?

No. QuickMail's API and MCP are not available on Starter ($49 a month); they start on Growth at $99 a month. Event webhooks need the $299 Agency plan. Instantly includes API v2 on every paid plan from $47 a month. Verified 2026-10-25.

Can I send LinkedIn steps from Instantly or QuickMail?

QuickMail includes unlimited LinkedIn accounts on every plan, and its API can build connection, InMail, message and profile-visit steps. Instantly's pricing lists email sending; HeyReach, a LinkedIn tool, is among its app integrations.

How fast can I call each API?

Instantly documents 100 requests a second and 6,000 a minute per workspace. QuickMail allows 10 requests per 10 seconds per agency, and MCP calls draw on the same limit, so batch lead changes (1 to 100 ids per call) where you can.
