This policy explains what personal data we collect on www.onegtmlab.dev, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It covers this website, its forms, its booking form, its newsletter sign-up and its read-only server for AI assistants.
Who we are
The site is run by ONEGTMLAB Private Limited (CIN U62099KA2025PTC212215), a company incorporated in India. Registered office: WeWork Manyata Redwood, 9th Floor, Block D3, Manyata Tech Park Road, Manayata Tech Park, Thanisandra, Arabic College, Bangalore North, Bangalore, Karnataka 560045, India.

What we collect, and when
When you fill in a form
Our forms (the playbook download, newsletter sign-ups and the "Get started" form) send us your email address, and your name where the form asks for it. With it we store:
- the page you submitted the form on and which form it was;
- the first page of your visit, the website that referred you, the campaign tags in the link you arrived on (utm tags) and ad click IDs (from Google, LinkedIn, Meta or Microsoft ads), and the name of the AI assistant that sent you, if one did;
- your country (from our hosting provider), your browser's user agent, and your cookie choice.
The playbook download asks for a work email.
When you book a call
The booking form asks for your work email, then your company website, your monthly revenue range, the service you are interested in, and optionally your name and role, and sometimes whether you have a budget in place. We record how far you got, and if you leave before booking, the step you left on, so we can follow up. The same visit details as above are stored with it.
The calendar at the last step is provided by Cal.com. The details you enter there (such as your name, email and the time you pick) are processed by Cal.com, which sends us the booking.
When you subscribe to the newsletter
Your email address is stored with us and passed to beehiiv, the service that sends our newsletter, together with the campaign tags and referring site of your visit. Every newsletter email has an unsubscribe link.
When you browse
- For every visitor: Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views and page speed without cookies. If an AI assistant sent you, we count that visit once, with only the page and the assistant's name.
- Only if you click "Accept all" in the cookie banner: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, PostHog (including session recordings, with everything typed into form fields masked), DataFast and the LinkedIn Insight Tag. The Cookie Policy lists each cookie, who sets it and how long it lasts.
Security
To stop spam and abuse we limit how often forms and our AI assistant server can be used from one connection. We do this with a scrambled, salted value derived from your IP address. We do not store raw IP addresses. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
Our server for AI assistants
At www.onegtmlab.dev/mcp we run a read-only server that AI assistants can use to read our public pages. It does not ask for or store personal data.
How we use it
- to reply to you, prepare for and hold the call you booked, and follow up on your enquiry;
- to send the newsletter, if you subscribed;
- to understand which pages, campaigns and referrers bring visitors and enquiries, and to improve the site;
- to keep the site and its forms secure.
We do not sell your personal data.
Who we share it with
We use these service providers to run the site. Each processes data for the purpose listed, under its own terms and privacy policy.

Some of these providers process data outside India, including in the United States. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep form, booking and newsletter details for as long as we need them to follow up on your enquiry, work with you or send you the newsletter, and delete them when you ask us to, unless the law requires us to keep them. Rate-limit records are short-lived and contain no IP address. What analytics tools keep is described in the Cookie Policy.
Your choices and rights
- Ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing jay@onegtmlab.dev.
- Unsubscribe from the newsletter with the link in any issue.
- Change your cookie choice at any time on the Cookie Policy page.
Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under your local data protection law. Contact us and we will help.
Children
This site is for businesses. It is not meant for children, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this policy
We update this page when what the site collects or who we share it with changes. The date at the top shows the last update.
