ONEGTMLAB Private Limited
Cookie Policy
Last updated: October 25, 2026
This page lists the cookies and similar technologies used on www.onegtmlab.dev, who sets them, why, and how long they last.
What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies work the same way: scripts and pixels send details of your visit to another company, and local storage and session storage keep small pieces of information in your browser. Some are set by us (first party) and some by the companies whose tools we use (third party), under their own policies.
Your choice
On your first visit a banner asks you to choose. Necessary only loads no analytics or advertising tools. Accept all also loads Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, PostHog, DataFast and the LinkedIn Insight Tag. Until you choose, nothing in the “After you accept” table is loaded.
Necessary
Needed to deliver and secure the site and to remember your choice.
| Cookie or tool | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
ogl-consent (local storage) | ONEGTMLAB | Remembers your choice in the cookie banner ("granted" or "denied"), so the banner does not show again and analytics only load if you accepted. | Until cleared |
__cf_bm | Cloudflare | Bot protection. Set only if Cloudflare’s bot protection checks your visit. | 30 minutes |
_cfuvid | Cloudflare | Tells visitors who share an IP address apart for rate limiting. Set only if a Cloudflare rate-limiting rule applies to your visit. | Until you close the browser |
Measurement without cookies
These run for every visitor. They do not set cookies and do not send anything to an advertising company.
| Cookie or tool | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
ogl-touch (session storage) | ONEGTMLAB | Keeps the first page you landed on, the site that referred you, campaign tags (utm_*) and ad click IDs from the link you arrived on, and the name of the AI assistant that sent you (for example ChatGPT or Perplexity). It is attached to a form you submit so we know which campaign brought you. It does not contain your email. When an AI assistant sent you, we count that visit once, with only the page and the assistant’s name. | Until you close the tab |
ogl-book (session storage) | ONEGTMLAB | Remembers where you are in the booking form (its reference number, the work email you entered, the step and your name if you gave it), so a reload or another page in the same tab does not make you start again. | Until you close the tab (cleared after 24 hours) |
| Cloudflare Web Analytics (script, no cookies) | Cloudflare | Counts page views and measures how fast pages load. It does not use cookies or local storage. | Not applicable |
After you accept: analytics and advertising
Loaded only after you click Accept all. They tell us how the site is used and measure our LinkedIn ads.
| Cookie or tool | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
_ga | Google Analytics | Tells visits from different browsers apart. | Up to 2 years |
_ga_YV0VMT7B93, _ga_DN8SJGPFGS, _ga_ZTC7GD0R9X | Google Analytics | Keep track of your current visit for our three Google Analytics properties. | Up to 2 years |
ph_<project key>_posthog (cookie and local storage), ph_<project key>_posthog_cpm (cookie) | PostHog | Recognises a returning browser so page views, clicks and session recordings stay together. Everything you type into form fields is masked in recordings. We do not identify you by name or email in PostHog. | 1 year |
datafast_visitor_id, datafast_visitor_first_seen_at, datafast_visitor_session_count | DataFast | Recognise a returning browser, and record when it first visited and how many visits it has made, so we can see which channels bring visitors and leads. | 1 year |
datafast_session_id (cookie), datafast_pageview_state (session storage) | DataFast | Keep the pages of one visit together. | 30 minutes (cookie); until you close the tab (session storage) |
| Google Tag Manager (script, no cookies) | Loads our marketing tags from one place. It sets no cookies of its own; the tags it loads are listed on this page. | Not applicable | |
li_adsId (local storage) | Identifies your browser for LinkedIn ads measurement (LinkedIn Insight Tag). | Until cleared | |
li_fat_id | Records a LinkedIn ad click. Set only when you arrive from one. | 30 days | |
bcookie, bscookie, lidc, li_sugr, UserMatchHistory, AnalyticsSyncHistory, __cf_bm (on linkedin.com) | LinkedIn advertising, conversion measurement and security, set by the LinkedIn Insight Tag under LinkedIn’s own policy. | From 30 minutes to 1 year |
Embedded booking calendar and videos
The booking calendar is provided by Cal.com and loads from app.cal.com only at the last step of our booking form (on the booking page, the home page, the contact page and some service pages), after you have entered your work email and company details. Cal.com sets its own security cookie (__cf_bm on cal.com, 30 minutes) and may set others when you book, under its own policy.
Videos on our tool pages play from youtube-nocookie.com only after you click play. Some service pages show animations loaded from vercel.app. We saw no cookies set by either when we checked.
How to block or delete cookies
Most browsers let you block cookies or delete the ones already stored. Blocking some cookies can stop parts of the site from working as intended.
Opt out of analytics and ads
- Google Analytics: the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- DataFast: choose Necessary only in our banner, or block cookies for this site.
- LinkedIn: advertising data settings.
Changes to this policy
We update this page when the tools on the site change. The date at the top shows the last update.
