These terms apply when you use www.onegtmlab.dev (the "site"), run by ONEGTMLAB Private Limited (CIN U62099KA2025PTC212215; registered office: WeWork Manyata Redwood, 9th Floor, Block D3, Manyata Tech Park Road, Manayata Tech Park, Thanisandra, Arabic College, Bangalore North, Bangalore, Karnataka 560045, India), "we" or "us". By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What the site is for

The site describes our GTM services and shares information: blog posts, case studies, a directory of GTM tools, free playbooks and a newsletter. It is general information, not professional advice for your situation. Decide for yourself, or with us under a separate agreement, before acting on it.

Our services are agreed separately

Booking a call, filling in a form or subscribing does not create a contract for services. Any work we do for you is governed by the agreement we sign with you, which takes priority over these terms.

Accuracy

We work to keep the site accurate, but tools, prices and features change, especially in the tool directory. The site is provided "as is", without any promise that it is complete, current or free of errors. Results in our case studies are what those clients achieved; they are not a promise of your results.

Our content

The text, designs, playbooks and other material on the site belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. You may read, share links to, and use our free resources inside your own business. You may not copy them in bulk, resell them, or publish them as your own. Client names and logos belong to their owners.

Using the site fairly

Do not try to break into, overload or disrupt the site, its forms or its servers.
Do not submit false details or someone else's email address in our forms.
Automated reading of our public pages is allowed within the limits in our robots.txt. Our server for AI assistants (www.onegtmlab.dev/mcp) is read-only and rate limited; use it to read our public content, not to work around those limits.

Links and third-party tools

The site links to other websites and embeds tools run by others, such as the Cal.com booking calendar. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or how they work; their own terms apply.

Newsletter and emails

If you subscribe, we will email you the newsletter until you unsubscribe with the link in any issue. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or its free resources. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last update, and the version on this page is the one that applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
