Neither has a free plan. Instantly gives a 14-day trial with no card; in the app on 25 Oct 2026 it allowed 1,250 emails a month and 250 uploaded contacts, and paid plans start at US$47 a month. EmailBison has no self-serve trial: you book a demo, and its one plan is US$599 a month.
Should you pay for a warmup tool?
Both include warmup. EmailBison's plan includes warm-up and bounce protection on an isolated network with dedicated IPs. Instantly includes unlimited mailboxes and warmup on every plan.
How many emails can be sent per day?
Both cap the month, and you set the daily pace. EmailBison covers 500,000 emails a month, with daily limits per sender that can be updated in bulk by API. Instantly allows 5,000 to 500,000 emails a month by plan; a new campaign had a daily limit of 30 emails in the app on 25 Oct 2026.
Does EmailBison have an API?

Which one gives dedicated IPs?
EmailBison includes an isolated network with dedicated IPs in its US$599 plan. Instantly's Light Speed plan, US$358 a month billed monthly, adds private sending servers.
