Finder and verifier balances cannot be converted into each other. - Rollover capped at 2x plan allowance; credits reset to 0 at the end of the billing period after cancellation; downgrading an annual plan cuts the balance immediately. - No pay-as-you-go option on any plan. 4 moreShow fewer - Phone finder never returns numbers for EU citizens; 10 credits per hit. - /api/search/domain is deprecated (10 concurrent, async up to 24 h); use /api/search/employees, which returns no emails. - Duplicate finds within 30 days are not re-charged, but re-exporting the same lead in a different list can be. - Findymail advises against re-verifying its emails elsewhere, since other verifiers flag its catch-all results as risky; the <5% bounce guarantee is a credit refund, not cash. ### Our take In a 10-contact live test for a remote-staffing client, Findymail found all 10 work emails where AI Ark found 9, including one deliverable address AI Ark missed, and it charged exactly 1 credit per email found. We kept AI Ark as the primary source on cost and use Findymail as the fallback for its misses and for high-value contacts.
